The Super Base is a high precision ball and socket mounting platform that provides free spherical motion over a complete hemisphere. The locking mechanism ensures a positive holding force that can support 50kg centralized loads.

The mounting platform, complete with a generous array of M6 tapped holes, can be swung into arbitrary positions in addition to a full 90º vertical position. The entire ball and socket mechanism can be rotated about a vertical axis.
